The APS Group insights team, undertook research to analyse and understand the marketing and sustainability effectiveness of brands within the French beauty sector. We audited 35 brands including  Lush, L’Occitane, Nuxe, Respire, Rituals, Sabon, The Body Shop, Weleda, Yves Rocher and many more across a sample size of 756 consumers.

The findings revealed that 5 brands dominate 55% of the consumer brand experience, showing that with effective marketing strategies there’s real opportunities for brands to increase market share.
