We’re so thrilled to have a forged a new community partnership with Greater Manchester-based project.inc, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to promoting inclusive, creative learning opportunities for 11-19 year olds who may struggle with the mainstream school environment.
This week, project.inc is launching two exhibitions – in Macclesfield and Stockport respectively – that showcase a series of art and design works produced by the learners.
Our team has been supporting project.inc since June, after meeting their director and founder, Lisa Alberti, via a local Business Growth Hub event earlier this year.
From reviewing HR policies to building a marketing plan and perfecting project.inc’s business pitch, our teams have freed up time and funds for what really matters; helping these young learners. We’re delighted to share with you the culmination of this collaboration. Working alongside the young learners, our creative team has produced this ‘Our Story’ animation.
As well as inviting the young learners to our design studios for a creative workshop, we also hosted a day at a local recording studio to begin capturing the project.inc story.
The animation features all the elements of project.inc’s new brand identity, which our team has crafted, building the logos and creating printed material.
Throughout our partnership with project.inc, we have been continuously inspired by the work they do. By providing a safe and nurturing alternative to the average classroom approach, they are helping to raise the aspirations of young people and reach their goals.
To see project.inc’s amazing work first-hand, come along to their exhibitions, running throughout December. Weird and Wonderful at the Silk Museum in Macclesfield and Future Memories at the Hat Works in Stockport.
“From the whole team, learners and staff, we would like to thank you for your wonderful work with us. As we shared the animation and new branding last night, it reminded us all how far we have come and why we do what we do. The outcomes developed by yourselves, will enable us to reach more marginalised and vulnerable young people, offering them a safe creative place to come to. I hope we can keep a partnership that will enable our young people to gain an insight into the world of work in creative industries.” Lisa Alberti, founder and owner at project.inc.
– Our pleasure, Lisa.
